«Renaissance» housing estate is located in the historical center of Kazan city and this fact was considered during the stage of architectural design. The only suitable option was historical styling which is based on permanent values – classics, 8 storey «Renaissance» house reflects the architecture of palaces of XVII century and uses such decorative elements as half-columns, niches, sculptures, forged roof fencing and other. Dzahlil, Grand concert Hall of conservatoire, parks, squares and other recreation zones. Three squares are located close to the estate – near the buildings of State Council and National and Cultural Center «Kazan»,
this fact serves as a guarantee, that the existing city landscape will never be altered by other buildings, consequently the views from the windows of the estate will always create a great pleasure for the owners of the apartments. The panoramic view is unique, particularly from the windows of three storey penthouse located right under the cupola of the «Renaissance» – on various sides of the building there are terraces which at the height of 37 meters provide breathtaking views of Kazan Kremlin, Volga and Kazanka Rivers.

In comparison to other developers, which have faced serious financing problems during last year, «Antica» continues full scale construction in accordance to its business-plan. In April 2009, the houses of the estate «Palace Quayside» located on Fedoseevskaya street were put into exploitation, the total area of this estate is 12 thousand square meters, in the beginning of 2010, the new building of the Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan Republic, located by the Kremlin (17 thousand square meters) was put into exploitation.
