In the exhibition center “Expocenter” of Moscow on Krasnaya Presnya the eleventh international specialized exhibition “INVESTMENT. CONSTRUCTION. REAL ESTATE. REALTEX-2006”. The exhibition covers the area of 6 500 square meters, where the projects are presented by 235 companies from 17 countries of the world – Austria, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Spain, Latvia, Netherlands, U.A.E., Poland, Portugal, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, France and Switzerland. Russia is represented by such cities as Volgodonsk, Voronezh, Kazan, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Saint-Petersburg, Sochi, Surgut, Tver, Yaroslavl and other. Large companies with stable development, which are on the real estate market for a long time participate in this exhibition along with the new Russian and foreign companies entering the Russian market. The Aim of the REALTEX exhibition is to attract investment on Russian real estate market, formation and strengthening contacts and relations among the participants of the market, exchange of the information regarding new projects in the cities and regions of Russia, implementation of new technologies and conclusion of deals and contracts.
